The DCRV36i has the ability to store vaccines and freeze PCM packs for vaccine outreach. Compatible with our 4L vaccine carrier, it can store up to 2 sets of 4L vaccine carrier packs. The DCRV36i meets the WHO ice pack freezing standard of 2.4 kg/24 hrs, so that it can fulfill your outreach needs. The DCRV36i provides the best value per dollar in solar powered vaccine storage.

The DCRV36i combines thermal storage with a very long-life Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery System(>3000 full cycles ) for easy plug & play installation. The hybrid thermal storage-battery design presents a more cost-effective solution compared to direct drive vaccine refrigerators. The hybrid design it allows for a smaller PV array, more internal volume, faster cool down, and far better low light performance while meeting or exceeding all PQS requirements in the harshest ambient conditions.

The Lithium battery system’s built-in PWM charger, battery monitoring system, and load output control optimize the conditions for a long battery lifespan. The lithium battery has an expected 7 Year service life and is small, reliable, and easy to replace.

The unit ships complete with a fridge, solar panels, battery, battery charge controller, wiring, tools, temperature display, lock, and manuals. The DCRV36i comes with two 4L vaccine carriers, and four sets of packs. Once installed, the fridge achieves vaccine temperature in less than 12 hours from the initial turn-on. To fully freeze one compartment full of PCM packs it will take 72 hours.
